USDT Tether deposits showing as pending for 12 hours at Super Slots despite blockchain confirmation

Sent 500 USDT to my Super Slots account yesterday around 3 PM EST. Blockchain shows 847 confirmations on the Ethereum network, transaction went through clean with $12 gas fee. But my casino balance still shows the deposit as "pending" after 12 hours.

Transaction details:

  • Amount: 500 USDT (ERC-20)
  • Network confirmations: 847+
  • Gas fee paid: $12.33
  • Status on casino: Still pending

Anyone else experiencing USDT deposit delays at Super Slots recently? Their support chat keeps saying "technical review" but won't give a timeline. This is my first stablecoin deposit there - usually stick to Bitcoin which processes in 2-3 hours max.

    Had the exact same issue with Super Slots last month, but mine was a 750 USDT deposit. Took 18 hours total before it finally hit my balance. Support kept giving me the runaround about "additional verification" for stablecoin deposits.

    Seems like they have manual review triggers for USDT amounts over $400. My Bitcoin deposits there still process normally in 3-6 confirmations, but USDT gets flagged for some reason. Eventually went through without any action needed on my end.

    This is why I switched to Ignition for my USDT deposits. Super Slots has been inconsistent with ERC-20 tokens since they updated their payment processor in October.

    Ignition processes my USDT deposits in 45 minutes max, even for amounts up to $2000. Same blockchain confirmations, but their system doesn't seem to have the manual review delays that Super Slots introduced.

    Check if you're using the correct USDT contract address. Super Slots only accepts USDT on Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20), not Tron or BSC versions.

    If you sent ERC-20 USDT to the right address and have 800+ confirmations, it's definitely on their end. File a formal complaint through their banking department, not live chat. Banking team usually resolves stuck deposits within 24 hours while chat support just reads scripts.

    Super Slots flagged my 300 USDT deposit for "compliance review" two weeks ago. Turned out they have new KYC triggers for stablecoin deposits over $250, even if you're already verified.

    Had to submit additional documentation (bank statement showing source of funds) before they released it. Whole process took 3 days. Pretty annoying since I've been depositing there for 8 months with Bitcoin no issues.

    Update: deposit finally processed after 16 total hours. No additional verification required, just showed up in my balance this morning.

    Definitely switching back to Bitcoin for Super Slots deposits. The extra stability of USDT isn't worth the processing delays they apparently have. Ignition and Wild Casino both handle my USDT deposits much faster when I need stablecoin options.
