Tron TRX deposits showing as pending 6 hours at BetWhale zero confirmations received

Question

Sent 500 TRX to my BetWhale deposit address 6 hours ago and it's still showing pending with zero confirmations on their end. Transaction hash shows confirmed on Tronscan within 3 seconds like normal.

Usually TRX deposits credit instantly at most crypto casinos since Tron network is so fast. Anyone else having issues with BetWhale TRX processing today? Their support chat has been offline for 2 hours.

Check if you copied the deposit address correctly and included the memo/tag if required. Tron addresses look similar to other networks.

If the transaction shows on Tronscan going to the right address, then it's definitely on BetWhale's end. I'd recommend screenshotting everything - the Tronscan confirmation, your deposit page, timestamp, etc. Makes support tickets way faster to resolve.

Usually when deposits are delayed this long it's either wallet maintenance or they're manually reviewing larger amounts.

Had the exact same issue yesterday with a 200 TRX deposit at BetWhale. Took almost 8 hours to credit even though Tronscan showed confirmed immediately.

Their live chat told me they were having "technical difficulties" with their TRX wallet but couldn't give me a timeline. Eventually credited automatically without any action from support.

Might want to try Bitcoin instead - my BTC deposits there have been processing normally within 1-2 confirmations.

This is why I stick to Bitcoin and Litecoin at most places. The newer altcoins seem to have more wallet integration issues.

That said, Ignition and Wild Casino have been rock solid with TRX for me. Never had a delay over 30 minutes. BetWhale might be worth avoiding for Tron deposits until they sort out their infrastructure.

I avoid BetWhale for crypto deposits entirely after multiple issues. Their Bitcoin Cash took 12 hours last month even with 50+ confirmations.

Thanks for the advice about screenshots - definitely doing that going forward. Seems like BetWhale has ongoing TRX wallet issues based on everyone's experiences here.

Switching back to Bitcoin for deposits there. The 15-20 minute confirmation time is worth avoiding these headaches.
