Solana SOL deposits working at 3 crypto casinos but withdrawals blocked at all of them

Been testing Solana deposits across multiple crypto casinos and found something weird. Wild Casino, BetWhale, and Cafe Casino all accept SOL deposits without issues - funds show up in 30-60 seconds as expected.

But here's the problem: none of them offer SOL withdrawals. You can deposit SOL but you're forced to withdraw in BTC, ETH, or LTC. This creates unnecessary conversion fees and extra steps.

Solana network handles withdrawals perfectly fine - 0.00025 SOL fee, 400ms confirmation times. Why would casinos accept deposits but block withdrawals for the same token? Anyone else notice this pattern with other altcoins?

Same issue with multiple coins honestly. I've seen this with ADA, XRP, and now SOL. My theory is casinos want the deposit convenience to attract players but don't want to manage hot wallets for every altcoin withdrawal.

BTC withdrawals are their bread and butter - they probably have established procedures and security protocols. Adding SOL withdrawal support means new wallet infrastructure, additional security audits, and staff training.

Still annoying though. I stick to BTC-only deposits now to avoid the conversion hassle.

This is actually a liquidity management strategy. Casinos want to collect as many different cryptos as possible (more deposit options = more players) but they prefer paying out in established coins they can easily source.

If they accepted SOL withdrawals, they'd need to maintain SOL reserves or constantly convert other cryptos to SOL. Much simpler to convert your SOL deposit to their preferred payout currencies behind the scenes.

Not defending it, just explaining the business logic. Super Slots does the same thing with several altcoins.

Had this exact experience at BetWhale last month. Deposited 12 SOL, won some money, then discovered I could only withdraw in BTC or ETH. Their support said "SOL withdrawals coming soon" but that was 6 weeks ago.

The conversion rate they used wasn't terrible but I lost about $15 in spread fees. Now I just deposit whatever I plan to withdraw in - usually BTC since every casino supports BTC withdrawals.

Wish they'd be more transparent about this limitation upfront instead of hiding it until withdrawal time.

Check the fine print on deposit pages. Some casinos actually mention this in their terms - "Alternative cryptocurrency deposits may be converted to USD balance" or similar language.

Ignition Casino is pretty clear about which cryptos they accept for both deposits AND withdrawals. Might be worth switching to casinos that offer full SOL support rather than dealing with forced conversions.

Also worth noting that some casinos charge internal conversion fees on top of network fees, so you're getting hit twice.
