Shazam Casino slots freezing mid-spin 3 times today losing 150 mBTC in progress

Having major technical issues with Shazam Casino today. Three different slots (Aztec Magic, Diamond Fiesta, and Lucky 6) all froze right in the middle of spins. Each time I was betting 25-50 mBTC per spin and the games just locked up completely - spinning reels stopped, no error message, nothing.

Lost about 150 mBTC total because when I refreshed and logged back in, the bet amounts were gone but no wins were credited. Support chat has been "connecting" for 45 minutes now.

Anyone else having slot stability problems at Shazam recently? This is my first time playing there and not making a great impression.

**Document everything now while it's fresh.** Take screenshots of your transaction history, current balance, and any error screens you can reproduce.

I had a similar issue with BetOnline last year where slots kept disconnecting during bonus rounds. Took 3 days but they eventually credited back about 200 mBTC once I provided proper documentation.

Shazam's support is usually decent but they need proof of the technical failures.

I've had similar freezing issues at Shazam but only on their older slot titles. The newer Betsoft and Dragon Gaming slots seem more stable. When this happened to me last month with about 80 mBTC, their support did credit back the lost bet amounts after I provided screenshots.

Try clearing your browser cache and switching to a different browser. Sometimes their platform doesn't play well with certain Chrome extensions.

Shazam has been having server issues for the past week. I switched to Wild Casino temporarily because their slots were lagging constantly.

For future reference, always screenshot your balance before and after big betting sessions. Makes it much easier to prove lost funds to support. Most crypto casinos will credit back frozen bet amounts if you can show the discrepancy.

This exact thing happened to me at Shazam two weeks ago with their Aztec Magic slot specifically. Game froze right before the bonus round triggered and I lost a 40 mBTC bet.

Their live chat eventually responded (took about 2 hours) and they manually credited my account after reviewing the server logs. Apparently that particular slot has known stability issues they're working on with the provider.

Update on this - I just tested Aztec Magic at Shazam and it's still having problems. The game loads fine but freezes during the free spins feature about 60% of the time.

Might want to avoid that specific slot until they fix it. Diamond Fiesta has been running smooth for me though, so it's not all their games.
