Ripple XRP deposits working at 4 casinos but zero allow XRP withdrawals why the one way street

Been tracking XRP support across crypto casinos and found something weird. Wild Casino, BetWhale, Cafe Casino, and Super Slots all accept XRP deposits with 1-2 confirmation times.

But when it comes to withdrawals? Zero options. Not a single casino I've tested offers XRP withdrawals. You can deposit your XRP but you're forced to withdraw in BTC, ETH, or LTC.

This makes no sense from a technical standpoint. XRP transactions are faster and cheaper than most alternatives. 0.00001 XRP network fees versus the massive markups these sites charge for BTC/ETH withdrawals.

Anyone know why casinos are doing this one-way XRP setup? Is there some regulatory issue I'm missing or are they just being lazy with their payment processors?

Same thing I noticed at BetOnline - they added XRP deposits last month but still no withdrawal option. Asked support and got some generic response about "payment processor limitations."

My theory is they're using XRP as a cheap way to get your money in, then forcing you into their higher-fee withdrawal coins. Classic casino move to boost their transaction margins.

Ignition Casino doesn't even offer XRP deposits, but honestly I prefer that transparency over this bait-and-switch approach. At least I know upfront what my withdrawal options are.

The real issue is liquidity management. These casinos probably don't want to hold large XRP balances for payouts, so they convert everything to BTC/ETH internally. Easier for their accounting but screws us on fees.

Ran into this exact problem at Cafe Casino last week. Deposited 500 XRP, won $800, then realized I had to withdraw in Bitcoin and pay their ridiculous 0.005 BTC fee.

Ended up losing $60+ just on the withdrawal fee that could've been under $0.01 with XRP. Won't be depositing XRP anywhere until they offer matching withdrawal options.

This is why I stick to Bitcoin-only casinos now. The XRP deposit trap burned me twice at Super Slots. Their customer service claimed "XRP withdrawals coming soon" back in March - still waiting.

If you're going to play with XRP, factor in the withdrawal conversion costs upfront. Sometimes the deposit convenience isn't worth the exit fees.

Update: Reached out to Wild Casino support directly about this. They confirmed XRP withdrawals are "under development" but no timeline. Same response I got from BetWhale.

Seems like they're all using the same payment processor that hasn't built out XRP withdrawal infrastructure yet. Probably waiting for enough player demand to justify the development costs.
