Polygon MATIC withdrawals 72 hour delays at BetWhale vs 2 second network confirmation times

Question

Hit a decent streak on BetWhale last week and requested a 2,500 MATIC withdrawal on Monday morning. The Polygon network confirmed my transaction in under 5 seconds as usual, but BetWhale is still showing "processing" after 72 hours.

I've done dozens of MATIC withdrawals across other brands - Ignition processes them in 20 minutes, Wild Casino takes maybe 2 hours max. Even checked the blockchain explorer and my transaction hasn't been broadcast yet.

Anyone else seeing these ridiculous delays with BetWhale MATIC withdrawals? Their support keeps saying "24-48 hours" but we're well past that window.

Have you escalated beyond chat support? Sometimes the email complaints get faster responses. Document everything with timestamps - if they advertise certain processing times, they should honor them.

BetWhale burned me on a similar delay last month. 1,800 MATIC withdrawal sat in "pending" for 4 days. Finally got it after threatening to file complaints with their licensing authority.

The frustrating part is their deposits are instant - they have no problem taking your crypto immediately. But payouts suddenly require "additional verification" and "manual review" that conveniently takes forever.

Update: Finally received my MATIC after 96 hours and multiple support tickets. No explanation for the delay, just "sorry for the inconvenience."

Taking my action elsewhere. Ignition and Wild Casino have earned my business through consistent performance. BetWhale clearly isn't ready for prime time when it comes to crypto operations.
