Polygon MATIC deposits showing 2 second confirmations but Wild Casino still pending after 3 hours

Had the exact same issue at Wild Casino last week with a 200 MATIC deposit. Took them 6 hours to credit it even though Polygon confirmed instantly.

Their support kept saying "network congestion" which makes zero sense for Polygon. Eventually got credited but no explanation why. Switched back to BTC for Wild Casino deposits - at least their Bitcoin processing is reliable even if it takes longer.

Wild Casino's MATIC integration is definitely buggy. I've had 3 deposits this month - two went through fine in 5 minutes, one took 4 hours for no apparent reason.

Their system seems to randomly flag MATIC transactions for manual review. Always screenshot your transaction hash and timestamp when depositing there. Makes the support conversation much easier.

Check if you copied the deposit address correctly - Wild Casino uses a different MATIC contract address than some other sites.

If the transaction shows on PolygonScan to the right address, then it's definitely their processing issue. I'd demand they escalate to their payments team rather than getting the standard chat responses.

Update: Finally credited after 5 hours total. Support claimed it was "stuck in their hot wallet rotation" whatever that means.

Going to follow vegas_native's advice and try Super Slots for MATIC deposits next time. This kind of delay defeats the purpose of using a fast network like Polygon.
