Monero XMR deposits showing 24 hour processing at Wild Casino vs 20 minute network confirmation

Sent 2.5 XMR to Wild Casino yesterday morning and it's still showing as pending after 24+ hours. The Monero network confirmed the transaction in about 20 minutes as usual, but Wild's system hasn't credited my account yet.

I've used XMR at 6 other crypto casinos and they typically credit within 30-60 minutes after network confirmation. This is my first time depositing Monero at Wild Casino - is this normal processing time for them?

Anyone else experienced long XMR deposit delays at Wild? Their support chat said "crypto deposits can take up to 48 hours" which seems excessive for a privacy coin that confirms quickly.

    Wild Casino has been slow with all crypto deposits lately, not just XMR. My last BTC deposit took 8 hours to credit even with 6 confirmations. They seem to be doing manual reviews on crypto transactions now.

    I've switched to using Litecoin there because it's been processing faster - usually 2-3 hours max. But honestly, Ignition and BetOnline credit my crypto deposits way quicker if you're looking for alternatives.

    I had the same issue with XMR at Wild Casino last month. Took 36 hours to credit a 1.8 XMR deposit. Their support kept giving me the same "up to 48 hours" line.

    What's frustrating is Monero's whole appeal is the fast, private transactions, but Wild treats it like they're waiting for Bitcoin confirmations. Super Slots credits my XMR deposits in under an hour consistently.

    Wild Casino definitely has slower crypto processing than most. I think they batch process deposits once or twice per day instead of real-time crediting.

    For Monero specifically, I've found Cafe Casino and Slots.lv are much faster - usually 30-45 minutes from network confirmation to account credit. Wild's delays aren't worth the hassle when other casinos handle XMR properly.

    This is exactly why I stopped using Wild Casino for crypto deposits. Their processing times are inconsistent and way too long compared to other brands.

    BetWhale and Lucky Tiger both credit my Monero deposits within an hour max. Wild seems to have some backend issues with crypto processing that they haven't fixed.

    Update: My XMR finally credited after 28 hours total. Wild's support said they're "upgrading their crypto processing system" which explains the delays.

    Going forward I'll stick with Ignition and BetOnline for XMR deposits since they handle it properly. Thanks for confirming this isn't normal - thought maybe Monero deposits were just naturally slower at some casinos.
