Monero XMR deposits showing up as Bitcoin BTC in casino accounts at Super Slots

Deposited 2.5 XMR to Super Slots yesterday (worth about $380 at time of deposit). Account shows 0.0095 BTC credited instead, which only equals $285 at current rates.

Support claims their system auto-converts all privacy coins to BTC but the math doesn't add up. Missing roughly $95 in value. Anyone else seeing this conversion issue with Monero deposits?

Been using XMR at other brands for years without problems - they credit the actual coin deposited, not some mysterious conversion.

Never tried Monero there but that conversion rate sounds sketchy. I stick to Bitcoin only at Super Slots - direct deposits always match exactly what I send.

Might be worth trying a smaller test deposit first to see if the conversion rate is consistent or if they're using outdated pricing data.

Had similar issues with Ethereum deposits at another brand last month. They were using prices from 6 hours earlier during a market dip, costing me about 8% in value.

Super Slots should be using real-time rates if they're doing conversions. Check what exchange rate they claim to use in their terms - some casinos use Coinbase Pro prices with a delay.

This is exactly why I avoid privacy coins at casinos. Too many variables in how they handle the conversions.

Most brands either don't accept XMR at all or have these weird conversion policies. Ignition and BetOnline both clearly state they only accept BTC, ETH, and LTC to avoid these exact issues.

Your best bet is probably demanding they credit the correct USD value based on the timestamp of your deposit confirmation.

Check their deposit confirmation email - should show the exact exchange rate they used and the timestamp. If there's a big discrepancy between that rate and market rates at the time, you have grounds for a correction.

I've seen Wild Casino fix similar issues when players provided blockchain evidence of deposit timing versus the rates they applied.

Update: Found the issue in their terms buried on page 3 of the banking section. They use a "consolidated rate" updated twice daily, not real-time pricing.

Still fighting for the difference but at least I understand their system now. Definitely switching back to Bitcoin for deposits there - this conversion nonsense isn't worth the privacy benefits.
