Lightning Network withdrawals taking 8+ hours at BetWhale despite instant promise

BetWhale advertises instant Lightning Network withdrawals but I've had three withdrawals sit in "processing" for 8-12 hours each over the past week. Amounts were 0.003 BTC, 0.007 BTC, and 0.002 BTC - all well under their 0.1 BTC daily limit.

Their support keeps saying "Lightning is instant once processed" but won't explain why processing takes half a day. I've used Lightning at Ignition Casino and Wild Casino with actual sub-minute payouts.

Anyone else seeing these delays at BetWhale? Starting to think their Lightning integration is just regular Bitcoin with different branding.

Same issue here. Had a 0.005 BTC Lightning withdrawal sit for 6 hours yesterday. Support told me it was "manual review for security" which defeats the whole point of Lightning.

Meanwhile my regular Bitcoin withdrawal at Cafe Casino processed in 2 hours. If BetWhale needs manual review for Lightning, they should just be honest about it instead of the instant marketing.

I've noticed BetWhale's Lightning withdrawals are faster during US business hours - usually 1-3 hours. But anything requested evenings or weekends sits until Monday morning.

Seems like they have manual approval steps that aren't automated. Wild Casino processes my Lightning requests 24/7 in under 10 minutes. BetWhale needs to fix their backend if they want to compete.

Update on this: Just tested a 0.001 BTC Lightning withdrawal at BetWhale during their peak hours (2 PM EST Tuesday). Still took 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Compared that to Ignition Casino Lightning withdrawal same day - 3 minutes total. BetWhale's system is definitely broken or they're batching Lightning payments manually.

Sticking with sites that actually deliver on Lightning speed promises.

Had similar delays but found a workaround. BetWhale's regular Bitcoin withdrawals are actually faster than their "instant" Lightning right now - 45 minutes vs 6+ hours.

Seems backwards but until they fix their Lightning processing, standard Bitcoin is the way to go there. Just factor in the higher network fees.

Thanks for confirming I'm not alone on this. Tried one more Lightning withdrawal today - 0.004 BTC requested at 10 AM EST, still pending at 7 PM.

Moving back to Wild Casino for Lightning and keeping BetWhale for games only until they sort out their withdrawal infrastructure. False advertising on instant payouts needs to be called out.
