Ignition Casino Ethereum deposit confirmed but balance not updated after 45 minutes

Sent 0.5 ETH to my Ignition Casino deposit address 45 minutes ago. Etherscan shows 12 confirmations (transaction hash: 0x7f3a...), but my casino balance still shows zero. Their deposit page says ETH needs 6 confirmations.

This is my third ETH deposit with them - previous two credited within 15 minutes after hitting confirmation threshold. Anyone else experiencing ETH deposit delays at Ignition recently? Wondering if it's a temporary processing issue or if I should contact support.

    I had a similar issue with Ignition about two weeks ago. My ETH deposit took almost 2 hours to credit despite having 20+ confirmations. Support told me their ETH processing node was experiencing higher than normal load. They manually credited my balance after I provided the transaction hash. Definitely reach out to their live chat - they were pretty responsive about it.

    Stick with Bitcoin for Ignition deposits. Never had issues with BTC there - always credits within 30 minutes of first confirmation. ETH seems hit or miss with them lately. When I switched from ETH to BTC deposits three months ago, zero problems since then.

    Check if your deposit amount meets their minimum. Ignition requires 0.01 ETH minimum for deposits. If you sent exactly 0.5 ETH and gas fees reduced the received amount below their threshold, that could explain the delay. Their system might be waiting for manual review.
