Just tried withdrawing $50 in ETH from Cafe Casino and they quoted me a $180 gas fee. Checked Etherscan and current network gas for a simple transfer is around $3.

That's a 6000% markup on actual network costs. I've withdrawn ETH from 8 different crypto casinos over the past 5 years and never seen anything close to this.

Anyone else getting hit with these insane ETH fees at Cafe? My last BetWhale withdrawal was $4 gas on a $200 ETH cashout just two weeks ago. This seems like straight up fee gouging.

    That's exactly why I stick to BTC only. ETH has been a nightmare for withdrawals since 2021. Most places I've used charge anywhere from $15-50 in "gas fees" but $180 is robbery.

    Tried Ignition for ETH withdrawals last month and they wanted $45 on a $100 cashout. Switched to BTC and paid $8. Network fees don't justify these markups.

    Had the exact same issue at Cafe Casino three months ago. They quoted $120 gas fee for a $75 ETH withdrawal when network was around $2-3. Customer service said it's their "standard processing fee" not actual gas.

    Ended up converting to LTC before withdrawing. Much cheaper but annoying extra step. Wild Casino only charged me $8 for the same size ETH withdrawal last week.

    Check if they're batching transactions or doing individual sends. Some casinos batch multiple withdrawals together but still charge each player full gas fees. That would explain the massive markup.

    Also worth asking if they have Layer 2 options like Polygon. Super Slots added MATIC withdrawals last year with $1-2 fees instead of mainnet ETH.

    This is why I always check withdrawal fees before depositing anywhere. Cafe Casino's fee structure has been questionable for months.

    Lucky Creek charges actual network rates plus $5 processing. BetWhale does network cost plus $3. Both way more reasonable than $180 on a $50 withdrawal.

    Update: just contacted Cafe Casino support about this thread. They claim the high ETH fees are because they use "priority gas" for faster confirmations. Still doesn't explain 6000% markup when priority gas is maybe 2x normal rates.

    Going to stick with BTC or find ETH-friendly alternatives. This pricing model is unsustainable.
