Cardano ADA deposits not showing up at Super Slots after 2 hours with 47 network confirmations

Sent 250 ADA to my Super Slots deposit address 2 hours ago and it's still not showing in my account balance. Cardano explorer shows 47 confirmations which should be way more than enough.

This is my third ADA deposit there - previous two showed up within 20 minutes with just 5-10 confirmations. Network is running normal, no congestion issues.

**This happened to me exactly 3 weeks ago with ADA at Super Slots.** Same situation - previous deposits were fast, then one just sat there for hours despite plenty of confirmations.

Turns out their ADA wallet was having "maintenance issues" that weren't announced anywhere. Support finally credited it manually after 6 hours when I threatened to file a complaint.

Send them the transaction hash and demand they credit it manually. Don't accept "still processing" - with 47 confirmations there's no technical reason for the delay.

Had similar issue last month but with Bitcoin at Super Slots. Took 4 hours even with 6 confirmations when normally it's instant. Their system seems to have random hiccups.

For ADA specifically, most crypto casinos require 10-20 confirmations max. 47 confirmations is definitely overkill. I'd push support harder for a timeline - "processing" is just a brush-off response.

Might be worth switching to Bitcoin or Litecoin for faster processing if this becomes a pattern.

Check if you sent to the exact address they provided. I made that mistake once at Ignition - sent to an old deposit address and it took 6 hours for them to credit it manually.

Also Super Slots might have higher confirmation requirements for ADA compared to other coins. Some casinos set conservative limits for newer altcoins. 47 confirmations suggests they're being extra cautious or there's a technical issue on their end.

I stick to Bitcoin and Ethereum at crypto casinos for this exact reason. The newer altcoins like ADA, while faster on-chain, seem to have more integration issues at casino sites.

If you're committed to using ADA, maybe try Cafe Casino or Wild Casino next time. I've seen fewer deposit complaints for those brands with Cardano specifically. Super Slots seems hit-or-miss with anything beyond the major cryptocurrencies.
