Bitcoin withdrawal stuck 48 hours at Cafe Casino - normal processing time or red flag

Question

Requested a 0.012 BTC withdrawal from Cafe Casino on Monday morning (verified account, played through wagering). It's now Wednesday evening and status still shows "processing" with no blockchain transaction ID.

Their site says Bitcoin withdrawals take 24-48 hours but I'm hitting that upper limit. Previous withdrawals there were usually next-day. Anyone else seeing longer delays recently or should I be concerned?

Amount is $620 at current rates - not huge but not pocket change either.

Cafe Casino has been running 36-72 hours lately on BTC withdrawals. I had one take 3 full days last month - no explanation, just eventually processed. Their Bitcoin processor seems overwhelmed.

48 hours isn't panic time yet, but I'd contact support after 72 hours. Document everything with timestamps. In my experience, once they actually send it to the blockchain, it confirms normally within 2-3 blocks.

Had the same issue with Cafe Casino three weeks back. 0.008 BTC withdrawal sat in "processing" for 55 hours, then suddenly appeared on-chain and confirmed within an hour.

Seems like they batch process Bitcoin withdrawals instead of sending individually. Annoying but not necessarily a red flag. Wild Casino processes mine same-day usually if you want faster turnaround.

Check if you completed KYC verification properly. Cafe Casino held my first Bitcoin withdrawal for 4 days because my driver's license photo was slightly blurry. They don't always tell you upfront.

Also verify your Bitcoin address format - they sometimes have issues with newer bech32 addresses. Might be worth trying a legacy address format if you're using a newer wallet.

That said, 48 hours isn't unusual anymore. Most US-facing sites are taking 2-4 days for manual review processes. The "24-48 hours" marketing is best-case scenario, not typical.
