This is why I switched to Litecoin for most withdrawals. Bitcoin's 2016-block cycle creates these predictable bottlenecks, but Litecoin adjusts difficulty every 2016 blocks too (about 3.5 days vs Bitcoin's 14 days), so the impact is less noticeable.

That said, Super Slots and Cafe Casino both show estimated confirmation times on their withdrawal pages now. Not always accurate, but gives you a heads up when the network is congested. Bitcoin's still king for large withdrawals though - the security trade-off is worth the timing hassle.
